Pricing Information

Saturday (9am to 11pm):
$4,000 (flat fee)
Friday or Sunday (9am to 11pm):
Same as Monday through Thursday effective 10/1/2024
Monday through Thursday:
$300/hour X number of hours (before 1/1/2025) - $320/hour X number of hours (as of 1/1/2025)
- $4,000 maximum charge effective 10/1/2024
- 6 hrs. minimum– 14 hrs. maximum
- Full hours only
$200 expedited processing fee for bookings made 14 days before the event, except for memorial services
Early entry fee: $300 per hour (before 1/1/2025) up to 3 hours after 5pm the day before. $320 per hour as of 1/1/2025 up to 3 hours after 5pm the day before.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,500
PAYMENT OPTIONS & CANCELLATION (see FAQ page for details)
No additional fees or sales tax

Reservation process

Complete our rental inquiry form, if you are considering an event at the Woman's Club. We will contact you shortly to discuss your needs and schedule a tour of our venue
After visiting our clubhouse, we will provide you a rental application that you can complete and send with your payment to make a reservation.
Note that full payment must be received at least 30 days before the event to secure your reservation. In addition, a floor plan and certificiate of liability insurance (see FAQ page for details) must be provided no later than 30 days before the event.
