Are women as involved as they should be in important decision making in our economy and governance? Though we’ve made progress toward gender equity in the last 40 years, there is work still to do. What’s holding women back? Why do we have so few women in technology or leading companies as CEOs? What happens when girls and women strive for success? What work do individuals -- both men and women -- and organizations have left to do? Information, experience, and insights from experts about why gender matters in work, play, and families, and what we can do.

• Marianne Cooper, Ph.D., author and sociologist, Clayman Institute for Gender Research, Stanford University and lead researcher for Sheryl Sandberg’s book, "Lean In".
• Sharon Meers, Co-author of Getting to 50/50, former Managing Director, Goldman Sachs, and currently Head of Magento Enterprise Strategy, part of eBay Inc.
• Myra Nawabi, Facilitator, Palo Alto Lean In Circle; Senior Project Engineer, Lockheed Martin Space Systems; CEO/Co-Founder, Bad Bunny Solutions
